Local Gallery Nominated for Award

Posted on 17 December 2008 by Eric Wotila

A photo gallery in our area is now a contender in a statewide small business award.

The Todd and Brad Reed Photo Gallery, which has locations in both Ludington and Pentwater, was nominated for the 2009 Family-Owned Small Business of the Year award. The award is part of the “Michigan Celebrates Small Business” program, an annual event that recognizes entrepreneurs and small business supporters in Michigan.

The Todd and Brad Reed photo gallery was nominated by the Mason County Growth Alliance based on the gallery’s growth both financially and physically. In the past year, the studio doubled in size and added three employees.

The Growth Alliance believes that the photo gallery’s owners are great candidates for the award because they’re very visible in the area, and are constantly giving back to the local community.
